For our range of hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas, we offer various price quotations. These include EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). These terms define different responsibilities and services regarding the handling and transportation of our products. We strive to accommodate your specific needs to ensure a smooth and convenient purchase process.
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is quite flexible. For each item, be it a hot tub, swim spa, or sauna, you can place an order for as few as one set. We've designed this policy to cater to a wide range of customer needs, from small to large scale orders.
Once we've received your payment or deposit, our typical delivery timeframe is between 20 to 35 days. This includes the time needed for order processing, manufacturing, and shipping. We work diligently to ensure that your hot tub, swim spa, or sauna arrives within this estimated period.
We are happy to provide samples of our hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas. However, please note that both the cost of the sample and the freight for its delivery will need to be confirmed. This way, you have the opportunity to assess our product quality and functionality firsthand before making a larger purchase.
We accept a variety of payment terms to suit your convenience. Our standard term is a T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit paid in advance, and the remaining 70% balance to be paid before delivery or against a copy of the Bill of Lading. Additionally, we also accept L/C (Letter of Credit), D/P (Documents against Payment), and Western Union. Our aim is to provide flexibility and ease in the payment process for our hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas.

Absolutely, we can include your brand on the packaging. To do so, we simply require a "Logo Usage Authorization Letter" from you. This document grants us permission to use your logo on the products.
